Effortless luxury with spacious rooms and fine views. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with Western and Japanese options. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and overlooking a beautiful garden.
The same issue occurred when trying to book a massage at the spa. The level of service decreased after check-out, leaving me disappointed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and the facilities were great. The location was perfect as it was right near a major junction of the subway lines. This made it easy for me to explore the city and visit various attractions. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and the staff serving it were always attentive and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, located in a charming neighborhood with plenty of diversions from the congestion of the city. We loved exploring the nearby Hagesawa shop, where we found unique souvenirs. The local underground station provided easy access to all areas of the city. The hotel itself lived up to its name, with a grand and luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a stunning view of the surrounding area. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had, offering a wide variety of delicious options.
